Who is responsible for your data?
MIURA SIMULATION, a French company registered under SIREN 889 507 331, is responsible for the processing described here. Its registered office is at 140 Rte de Paris, 44300 Nantes, France. For questions about your personal data or to exercise your rights, email info@miurasimulation.com.

What data do we use, and why?

Fields marked as required on a form are needed to process the relevant request. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to reply, assess your application or send the white paper. Optional fields may be left blank. The white paper will still be sent if you decline the separate choice to receive other communications.

Where does form information go?
Our contact form is provided through Framer. When you submit it, the information is sent to a Make webhook, used to create a contact in a dedicated Brevo list and to send a summary email through Brevo. Members of the Miura Simulation team also receive an email notification about the request. We use the contact list to reply to and follow up on requests, not to send newsletters or unrelated marketing.
The Nexus Pioneers and white paper forms are Brevo forms embedded on the website. Their submissions are kept in separate, dedicated Brevo lists. The white paper form triggers the confirmation email containing the document.
Access to these details is limited to the Miura Simulation team members who need it and to service providers working on our behalf, including Framer, Make and Brevo where relevant. Contact notifications in team inboxes and technical records in the tools involved may contain additional copies of the information.

How long do we keep your data?
We keep personal data in the dedicated Brevo lists for 36 months from your last interaction with us concerning the relevant request or program. For a white paper request with no further interaction, the period starts when you request the document. We then delete or anonymise the data, unless a legal obligation or a specific need to establish or defend a legal claim requires a separate period.
The same retention rule must be applied to contact notifications in team inboxes and any other durable copies used for these requests. Technical logs and service backups can follow their own limited schedules; these schedules are reviewed separately.
If you consent to audience measurement, we retain user-level and event-level data collected through Google Analytics for 14 months. This period is separate from the 36-month retention period for data held in Brevo. Aggregated audience reports may remain available for longer.
5.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file that a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage. Some help operate the site or remember your choices; others can measure visits.
Audience measurement. We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and site interactions. It will be activated only after you choose to accept audience measurement cookies. If you refuse or make no choice, the Google Analytics tag will not be loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link [insert link in the page footer]. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement through this tag; it does not undo processing that occurred while your consent was valid.
Your choice. The cookie banner will offer equally accessible options to accept or refuse optional cookies, as well as a way to view the details. Refusing audience measurement does not prevent you from using the site or submitting a form. The site may store your cookie preference so it does not ask again on every page.

The preview of the future site did not show cookies, a consent banner or Google Analytics at the time it was tested. It did show requests to Framer’s events service; their purpose and behaviour on the published site still require verification. We will update this section to match the live site rather than apply the cookie list from our former WordPress website.

International data transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we assess the applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards and can provide information about them on request. Your rights
Depending on the processing and your circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict its use, or object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where the law provides for it, you may also request data portability. You can withdraw consent to optional communications and analytics at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
To make a request, email info@miurasimulation.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

We will update this page when our forms, service providers, analytics settings or data practices change. The date at the top shows when the published text was last revised.
